Whether you’re backpacking Thailand or visiting on a honeymoon, the number one must-do in Krabi is to visit Tiger Cave Temple. Tiger Cave Temple (officially called Wat Tham Suea) is a Buddhist temple located just outside Krabi Town. It is named after the tigers that were once said to roam the area. You can climb the staircase to reach the top of the temple, it’s a pretty steep climb and physically taxing but it is worth it.  You will find stunning views of the surrounding jungle and the Andaman Sea.

Krabi is surrounded by over 100 small islands, many of which are popular tourist destinations.
